We accept payment via PayPal or all major Credit Cards
Shipping
Items will be shipped via UPS or USPS depending on the customers’ choice. All international orders will be shipped via USPS for our customers convenience.
Returns
Returns are only accepted with Pre-authorization. Please contact store@aberrantgames.com to obtain a return authorization code.
All items returned MUST be in sellable condition and received within 15 days of delivery of a shipment. This includes games, books, merchandise and box sets in their original condition and any unopened (still sealed) miniature blister packs.
Returned items that do not meet the above criteria may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping charges for the returned items are non refundable unless the return is the result of error on the part of Aberrant Games (ie. incorrect product) or the shipping handlers. If the return is due to our error or the handlers (i.e. UPS, USPS) then no charge will be made.
Back Orders
All backordered items will be cancelled and credited if necessary.
